SAMAA TV is a Pakistani news network. It is the first private satellite news channel providing live transmission simultaneously from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta and Peshawar. The channel was launched in December, 2007 under the banner of Jaag Broadcasting Systems.
The channel has successfully attracted the rural and urban population of Pakistan. Amir Jahangir is a strategic communication & media professional and is currently working as the CEO for Jaag Broadcasting Systems, which runs SAMAA TV, the first private satellite news channel providing live transmission simultaneously from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta and Peshawar.
